Minded ("the App") is an offline personal thought organization tool that structures ideas across Trigger, Sense, and Action dimensions with Logic Map review and export. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Minded does not require account registration and does not transmit your thoughts to external servers. All data remains on your device.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. Thought titles, dimension content, detail notes, images, voice recordings, Coin balance, and daily usage quota are stored locally.

The App stores on your device:

• Thought records with Trigger, Sense, and Action dimensions and up to six detail items per dimension
• Completion status (Pending Trim / Trimmed)
• Attached photos and voice memos in the App's documents folder
• Coin balance, daily free allowance usage, and agreement consent flags in on-device preferences

Minded has no social features, cloud sync, or remote account backend.

Minded may request access when you use related features:

• Camera — to capture photos attached to thought dimensions.
• Photo Library — to select existing images.
• Microphone — to record voice notes.
• Photo Library (Add) — to save exported Logic Map summary images.

Permissions are requested at the moment of use. Denied permissions disable only the related feature.

Minded offers optional consumable purchases for Coins, virtual currency used after daily free allowances are exhausted for creating new thoughts or exporting Logic Map summaries. Purchases are processed through your device's native store. We do not receive payment card details.

Your Coin balance is stored locally on your device.

Privacy Policy and User Agreement may be displayed through in-app views using published document URLs. Opening these pages involves standard network requests to the document host; your thought data is not transmitted.

Minded is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your thoughts remain on your device until you delete them within the App or uninstall Minded. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above.
